Creator Agreement

The terms for publishing extensions to the Multilo marketplace. By registering a publisher or submitting an extension, you agree to these terms. Last updated: June 26, 2026.

How the marketplace works

Multilo hosts a marketplace where independent creators publish extensions for other users to install. Multilo reviews and distributes extensions but is not the seller of third-party extensions. Multilo does not process payments for your extension, does not take a commission on any price you charge, and is not a party to any transaction between you and a user.

Multilo’s revenue from the marketplace comes only from the credits an end user spends when an extension uses Multilo’s AI and metered services. Those credits are billed by Multilo to the user under the user’s own plan and are separate from anything you charge.

Your responsibilities

  • You own or have the rights to everything you publish, and your extension does not infringe anyone else’s rights.
  • If your extension is paid, you handle pricing, licensing, billing, refunds, customer support, and all applicable taxes. Multilo provides none of these for third-party extensions and is not responsible for them.
  • You keep your publisher account secure and your contact and support details accurate.
  • You comply with all applicable laws and with these terms, including the content policy below.

Content & security policy

Extensions must not:

  • contain malware, backdoors, or code that exfiltrates data; embed secrets, credentials, or keys; or attempt to escape the sandbox or evade review;
  • request capabilities they do not need, or mislead users about what they do or what they access;
  • contain illegal, deceptive, infringing, or harmful content.

Community extensions run in Multilo’s sandbox with a deny-by-default permission model; users are shown and must consent to the permissions an extension declares. Privileged capabilities are limited to verified publishers. You are responsible for the behavior and security of your code.

Review, signing & takedown

Submissions go through automated checks and human review. Multilo may, at its discretion and without liability:

  • approve, request changes to, or reject a submission or version;
  • sign approved packages with Multilo’s marketplace key so they install on users’ devices;
  • revoke an extension at any time — removing it from the catalog and triggering its removal from installed devices — and suspend or ban a publisher, where an extension or publisher violates these terms or poses a risk to users.

Disclaimer & liability

The marketplace and developer tools are provided “as is.” Multilo is not responsible for third-party extensions or for any agreement between you and a user. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Multilo disclaims all warranties and is not liable for any damages arising from your extension or your use of the marketplace. You are responsible for your extension and will not hold Multilo responsible for it.

Changes & governing terms

Multilo may update these terms; continued publishing after an update means you accept the change. These terms supplement Multilo’s general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. The English version of this agreement governs. Either party may end this arrangement at any time; Multilo may remove your extensions on termination.
